- Every job shows its cost before you run it.
- In Live Chat, signing minutes count only between Start Signing and Stop Signing—not the whole time your camera is on. Speech captions count separately while connected.
- Plan minutes reset each month.
- If a SignDo failure means no output, you are not charged.
How minutes are counted
Fast and Balanced use the same rate for each mode — Balanced is the default.

- • The minimum billable job is 5 seconds, rounded up to the nearest 5 seconds.
- • Audio input is limited to 60 seconds. The transcript is editable before you re-sign it; accuracy may vary.
- • History keeps your last 10 results, or 50 on Pro, for 30 days.
- • Input clips are kept up to 24 hours, or up to 7 days on Pro.
