Simple, minute-based pricing
Usage is minute-based in both directions. Balanced is the default at 1.5×; Fast is available at 1×. Voice/audio input counts at 1/4 rate, then the ASL reply uses the normal rate. Realtime live minutes are metered by enabled features: Sign to Text counts at 1×, ASL Avatar counts at 0.75×, Speech captions count at 0.25×; everything on = 2×. Every job shows its estimated cost before you run it.

The fine print, plainly
- • Plan minutes reset monthly and don't roll over.
- • Minimum billable job is 5 seconds, rounded up to the nearest 5 seconds.
- • Balanced is the default model and uses minutes at 1.5×; Fast is available at 1×.
- • Voice/audio input counts at 1/4 rate: 1 minute of audio uses 15 seconds of your minutes, plus the ASL reply.
- • Realtime live minutes are metered by enabled features: Sign to Text counts at 1×, ASL Avatar counts at 0.75×, Speech captions count at 0.25×; everything on = 2×.
- • Audio input is limited to 60 seconds. The transcript is editable before you re-sign it; accuracy may vary.
- • History keeps your last 10 results, or 50 results on Plus, for 30 days.
- • Input clips are kept up to 24 hours, or up to 7 days on Plus.
- • If a SignDo system failure causes a job to produce no output, you are not charged.
- • New accounts get limited trial credits to try both directions.
